The Changfu Hospital project is located in Xiaguang Village, Caidian Economic Development Zone, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. It is a vital public welfare project that comprehensively enhances Wuhan's epidemic prevention and treatment capabilities, and the first "dual-use for peacetime and emergency" Class III Grade A hospital in Caidian District. The first phase of the project has a total construction area of 220,000 m², making it one of Wuhan's key "Four Districts, Two Hospitals" construction projects and one of the six major public health priority projects. Yasha actively implements the Healthy China strategy, creating a new model for Wuhan's "dual-use for peacetime and emergency" hospitals with meticulous craftsmanship.
The project extensively adopts prefabricated interior products, with ALC panels and steel walls used for interior partitions. Leveraging well-organized on-site construction management, rigorous safety controls, fine construction quality, and strong coordination capabilities, the Yasha project team significantly shortened the construction timeline, completing all works within one year. It also established the capability for "one-click switching" of "peacetime-to-pandemic conversion" wards.
