The Donghai Yuehua Hotel project is located west of the intersection of Comprehensive Avenue and Coastal Avenue in Fengze District, Quanzhou City. It covers a planned area of 6,956 m² with a total construction area of approximately 54,680.10 m². The main building consists of 27 floors above ground, 3 floors underground, and a 5-story podium. The building height is 120 meters. It features 325 guest rooms and配套设施 including a grand ballroom, Western restaurant, Chinese restaurant, and other facilities, aiming to become a high-end five-star hotel. Upon completion, the project will enhance the area's star-rated accommodation facilities, improve reception services, and contribute to elevating Quanzhou's overall city image.
Through the adoption of standardized interior components, pipe-wall separation, and integrated BIM technology for MEP equipment and interior decoration, along with new prefabricated decoration techniques, the project accelerates construction progress and enhances hotel quality. It is being developed as a high-standard, high-quality demonstration project for prefabricated decoration. In 2023, it received Quanzhou's prefabricated decoration certification, achieving a prefabrication rate of 65% for the single building. As Quanzhou's first prefabricated decoration pilot project, it successfully hosted the 2023 Fujian Province Prefabricated Decoration Observation Conference and Quanzhou City Prefabricated Decoration Observation Conference in September 2023, in collaboration with Fujian Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Quanzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau.
The application of new prefabricated technologies ensures superior material performance, with all performance indicators meeting national standards. Material recyclability reaches over 90%. Structurally, adjustable components enable rapid leveling and pipe-wall separation, while dry construction methods achieve green building practices and reduce carbon emissions. Additionally, through BIM technology for standard guest room model construction and the use of BDS plugins, automated drawing generation and ordering are realized, saving significant time in component processing list preparation during the project detailing phase, providing stable support for project delivery.
