The Fotile Ideal City project is located in Qianwan New City, Hangzhou Bay, Ningbo. It serves as a comprehensive headquarters campus for Fotile Group, integrating functions including management, technology research, product development, e-commerce, exhibition displays, cultural education, cultural exchange, and logistical support. With a total investment of 3.3 billion RMB, the experimental building apartments cover a total construction area of approximately 26,474.14 m².

The interior spaces utilize Yasha's prefabricated wall systems and raised floor products. The wall system employs high-strength, formaldehyde-free Kenai wall panels with Ruili membrane surface finishes, offering superior stain resistance. This not only creates healthy and comfortable resting spaces for employees but also reduces maintenance issues in the apartment areas, helping the group lower renovation costs. The raised floor products meet the experimental unit types' requirements for wiring modifications, enabling more convenient and rapid future renovations and repairs.

This project serves as a benchmark for prefabricated decoration in Ningbo, supporting the company's goal to "surpass 100 billion and reach 1 trillion."
