Greentown Spring Breeze project is located northwest of Wenhai North Road in Haining City, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, adjacent to 8 major urban complexes including Xiasha Outlets. The total land area is 69,000 m², with a construction area of approximately 210,000 m², including about 110,000 m² of premium residences and approximately 40,000 m² of Flying Birds Collection Block commercial district.

The interior spaces of the project utilize Yasha's prefabricated interior products, dedicated to creating healthy, comfortable, and high-quality living spaces. The interior walls employ formaldehyde-free, environmentally friendly, and healthy patented base materials with excellent performance including mold and moisture resistance and durability, achieving green and sustainable development in interior decoration.

Positioned as "Greentown's first international urban full-function composite community," this project is an international community personally directed by Chairman Song Weiping. The project brings together top international design teams: GOA Elephant Design, Belt Collins, and Liu Ronglu Studio, creating an international urban composite community for contemporary highly-educated elites.
