The Shangyu Longshan Rose Garden Hotel project is located at the southern foot of Longshan Mountain in southern Shangyu District, Shaoxing City. Nestled against natural mountain terrain and surrounded by Yingshan Lake, it offers picturesque scenery and represents one of the most valuable low-density residential benchmarks in Shangyu District. Covering approximately 293 acres with a construction area of about 170,000 m², the development includes Greentown's third-generation French villas, Chinese courtyard houses, an international standard five-star hotel, and supporting apartments. Yasha provided fully prefabricated solutions for the hotel and apartments, marking another successful implementation of Yasha's prefabricated interior systems.
