Yueqin Bay Phase II project is located south of Min'an Avenue and east of Binhai East Avenue in Tong'an District, Xiamen. The project has a total construction area of approximately 93,000 m², comprising 6 residential buildings ranging from 28 to 32 floors. The development features 11 different unit types across 702 households, scheduled for delivery in June 2024.

This project is Tefang's second EOT eco-friendly healthy living project following Yuexi Bay, and Fujian's first WELL Healthy Community certified residential project. It has received the "International WELL Healthy Community Certification" awarded by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).

Through the application of prefabricated interior technology systems, the project achieved "over 1 billion RMB in sales within just one minute!" Within just one week, the development held another online concentrated promotion event, with unit availability charts turning red again in just 30 seconds, consistently ranking "first in both transaction value and area for residential properties in Xiamen in April 2022".

The project also served as an observation site, successfully hosting the Fujian Province Prefabricated Decoration Observation Conference in collaboration with Xiamen Municipal Construction Bureau.
