Yuexi Bay project is located east of Binhai West Avenue, west of Zongjiu Road, south of Xifu Road, and north of Tongfu Road in Tong'an District, Xiamen. The total construction area is approximately 90,000 m², comprising 4 residential buildings with 18-26 floors (totaling 640 units) along with commercial service outlets and property management facilities. Buildings 1#, 2-1#, 5-1#, and 6-1# passed Xiamen's prefabricated decoration certification in December 2020, achieving a prefabrication rate of 74% for individual buildings.

The project was recognized as Xiamen's first prefabricated decoration pilot project, fully leveraging the advantages of prefabricated construction including quality, efficiency, and resource conservation, making positive contributions to the promotion of prefabricated buildings in Xiamen. In 2021, it received the "International WELL Health Building Gold Certification" from the International WELL Building Institute. It is also Fujian's first EOT eco-friendly healthy living project, continuously promoting the EOT residential concept and integrating differentiated competitive advantages in policy, positioning, and product value to create a regional benchmark project beyond competitive levels.

On September 6, 2022, the project served as an observation site, successfully hosting the Fujian Province Prefabricated Decoration Observation Conference in collaboration with Xiamen Municipal Construction Bureau.
