The Yangtze Science and Technology Innovation Center Phase III project is located in the Industrial Technology Research and Innovation Park of Nanjing Jiangbei New Area. It borders the Yangtze River to the east, faces Laoshan to the west, overlooks Hexi CBD across the river, and is adjacent to the national-level Xijiangkou Wetland Park and Youth Olympic Sports Park, offering excellent transportation and geographical resources.

The project has a total construction area of approximately 124,767.7 m², primarily consisting of serviced apartments, street-style commercial spaces, and SOHO offices. The decoration area covers about 78,590.89 m² with a decoration cost of approximately 350 million RMB, including 258 apartment units. All units utilize Yasha's fully prefabricated decoration technology products, including prefabricated bathrooms, ceilings, walls, floors, kitchens, and other products, effectively reducing environmental pollution from traditional decoration methods and creating fully dry-construction, fully prefabricated formaldehyde-free high-end serviced apartments.

The project received the 2019 Jiangsu Province Outstanding Engineering Award and was recognized as a 2020 Jiangsu Province Prefabricated Decoration Demonstration Project.
