The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University (Nansha) interior decoration project is located on the west side of Hengli Island in the starting area of Mingzhu Bay, Nansha District, Guangzhou. The project is managed by China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp., Ltd. South China Branch, covering 174 acres with an above-ground construction area of 326,450 m² and underground construction area of 172,368 m². The hospital is planned with 1,500 beds and 40 operating rooms. With a total investment of 4.82 billion RMB, it represents a premier comprehensive medical facility in South China. The construction is scheduled for completion in approximately three years, aiming to establish a high-level Class III Grade A comprehensive hospital that matches the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
